How to submit a new case without serial

Hello, I've bought a new tournament controller in october and a few days ago one of the buttons stopped working. In order to submit a support request I need the serial number but the one on the controller has been erased due to usage. How can I proceed?

That would be rather tricky. If you still have access to the box, there should be a serial number on there. I can also try to submit a warranty claim if you send me a copy of the proof of purchase, along with the email address you used to register the device. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
