hi, I just purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 with HyperClear Cardioid and integrated sound card, I'm trying to understand how to deactivate noise cancellation when needed since in certain moments I need to hear what's happening around me, my children, my wife or the doorbell, I downloaded synapse but I don't understand where I can find the setting to cancel the noise cancellation when I need it, can you tell me how to do it
Thank you

Hi zeus89ita,

I replied to your message. The Razer BlackShark V2 has a HyperClear cardioid mic that focuses on your voice and reduces background noise but unlike some headset model such as Razer Barracuda Pro, Razer BlackShark V2 model does not have Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) Technology. However, it features Mic Monitoring (Sidetone). To enable it, open Razer Synapse 3, go to AUDIO > MIC, and slide the Sidetone button to green. Make sure the Microphone slider is on (green. All the best!
