After purchasing Razer Gold Pin I have no clue how to use them and it’s driving me nuts.

When I try to plug in plugging in any string I can find related to the transaction (serial number, transaction id, receipt code) I get this error (trying to convert as suggested doesn’t work either), and I cannot find any other relevant code anywhere on the site, nor looking up online: every time the issue is brought up it’s either resolved within PMs or support tickets. I’ve tried inquiring the issue through support but was unsuccessful, after the first few exchanges they went silent for half a week and I’m doubting they’ll ever reach back.
I’m posting this to ask: what is the PIN Code that I need to enter? where can I find it in my profile on the site? what is the format of the PIN Code?
