How to use the Razer Headset Pairing Utility for Razer Blackshark V2 Pro

I just bought the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) - Black USB Wireless Transceiver since mine got destroyed. I am trying to pair it, but I couldn’t. It says plug in the USB. I plugged it in. Then it says. Plug in the headset. I didnt understand what you meant if i should plug in a micro usb (the charger or the 3.5 mm audio cable that comes with the headset). When i said that i used a micro usb i used a random one (not razer’s). I just want to know if i should used razer’s micro usb (charger) or I should do something else.

In this picture. does it say that i have to connect the charger of the headset or connect the 3.5 mm jack to the pc? Are you sure that I dont need a razer charging cable to connect?

You need micro USB cable, it doesn't need to be Razer one. Just be sure it's data cable, because some cables are charging cables only.

You can plug any micro USB cable. Doesn’t matter.

Dongle is visible in Windows device manager when you’ll plug it in? If yes, then download and run this tool to remove Razer drivers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, then restart PC, and try again after restart.

I did everything you did 3 times, but it’s still not pairing. First I used the tool to remove Razer Drivers. Then restarted my pc. Afterwards, I placewd the USB dongle. then plugged in my headset (without turning it on and with keeping it turned off). is there a video I can watch so I can see if I am doing anything wrong

It’s Razer Nari transciever. It’s not compatible with Blackshark V2 Pro, that’s why you can’t pair it.

Could you take a photo of the transciever itself?

My bad - I've just checked, and Nari transceiver has the same p/n as Blackshark V2 Pro. Just mine blackshark dongle has different revision (rev: bv2p).

Did you've tried to run the utility as administrator? Or try to pair it on some other PC?

My usb dongle broke for my 2020 blackshark v2 pro, I do not have the original charger, I ordered a replacement dongle off of ebay used my laptop to update the firmware etc followed the guide but when it was doing it it said the pairing of the dongle and the headset failed but they would connect to eachother and work wirelessly, but only for a few seconds and then the light would start blinking blue on the headset and I couldn’t hear sound or it would go in and out.. any fix? or do I have to just go buy a new headset?

I’m not sure how to uninstall the firmware and pairing so that I can try again either.
