Hey, Just recently purchased the Hunstmans V3 Pro mini, I can use the keyboard fine without The synapse beta running. But anytime I try to have synapse open or used, The keyboard becomes fully unresponsive just showing static pink/purple colours. But the second I close synapse it starts working again? I’ve tried the Unplugging holding Esc,Caps,Spacebar plugging in method (or whatever the buttons are) and reinstalling drivers… reinstalling synapse all of that.

Thanks for alerting us about this. For starters, please click here and let's collect your Synapse logs. It will help me pinpoint the root cause of the issue later on.
After gathering the logs, please compress/zip the logs and save them on Google Drive or Dropbox and send the link via PM. Do inlcude your keyboard’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
