I left my house for a few days and shut down my computer as usual. it was working when i left and i just got back home and it isn't working. i tried to hard reset it by putting in demo mode and back out of it. when it is in demo mode it lights up and responds to key presses, however when i take it out of demo mode again nothing lights up and it is unresponsive. Ive tried rebooting it, different USB ports, reinstalled drive and updated my pc and it still wont work. The lights only work when its in demo mode too : when it isnt in demo mode only 4 keys light up but its very dim for some reason and its unresponsive. I cant update the firmware either bc it doesn't detect the keyboard
