Huntmans V2 Analog -- Various Issues | Razer Insider

I updated my keyboard from a BlackWidow Chroma V2, a few days ago. I ran into my first issue immediately after I pugged it in via USB-C and Synapse detected and updated it. A few seconds after booting into windows, logged in or not, the keyboard would stop responding (Chroma Features remained active). Then I would have to unplug/replug it to make it work. I looked up the issue and Razer.com mentioned it possibly being in demo mode, but after following the troubleshooting there, that was not the case. Also, I noticed my fullscreen games are now randomly minimizing at regular intervals.

Eventually I decided to plug it in with the included USB-C to USB adapter into a regular USB port in hopes it would solve both issues. Fortunately, the need to unplug-replug stopped, but it still won't stop minimizing my games. With issue like this, do you think the keyboard is just messed up and that I should go exchange it? Or should I be troubleshooting elsewhere. I've never had any issues with previous keyboards, so it's hard for me to look at anything other than this change in keyboards as an issue.

Try to reinstall the driver and repair the Synapse application by following the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you address the issue with your Razer Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard.
