Huntsman Elite caps lock and chroma sync issues

I have had issues with this since day 1. It goes without saying that on fps gaming that shift key below the caps usually means at some point in time the caps key is going to get pressed (sometimes in conjunction with the shift). It usually ends with caps lock being locked on permanently and the chroma light sync to all other peripherals is messed up (keyboard chroma color is locked up). I am using the Huntsman Elite, Mamba Elite, Firefly v1, nomma 2.0 chroma, base station and Nari Ultimate's

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Hunstman Elite's concern here. Just to confirm, do the caps lock key mechanically sticks and will not unlock? Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port or computer and see if the same behavior happens? Please send me a video showing the issue together with the keyboard's serial number via PM. Let's continue from there.

    Will do. There is nothing sticking on the keyboard itself. Next time I am gaming and it loses chroma sync and the caps lock light is on all the time. I will record it. You can hit the caps lock button after and it will give lowercase, but light is still on.

    So here is a quick video, took all of less than hour gaming. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1EsF6Vmr77usRXBaWCR9LtGrSxkLu6p23 So I lose the Chroma sync, my caps lock is lit up for good (until I unplug or reboot). I can actually hit my caps lock in game to get lower case even though the caps lock is lit up (similar to its behavior now in my web browser). Like everyone else who has reported this issue, my volume dial also does not work.

    Thanks for the video. Have you reset the keyboard by using the Razer Synapse 3.0 setting? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your keyboard's serial number. Let continue from there.
