Huntsman Elite del and ins keys not working

Hi All, Just received my Huntsman Elite keyboard and overall very impressed with it.... BUT I can't seem to get any response from the del or ins keys at all. I've remapped them to letters etc and still they don't do anything. Is there any way to check if they are faulty through some software or other not got used to any of the Razer software as yet! Also the sleep key doesn't seem to function now, was working fine when I first installed the keyboard but now when I press fn and pause/break key computer does nothing, hoping that's something within Windows causing that as running the latest build of Windows 10.

Are you getting the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? Please send me the serial number of the keyboard so we can try to update the firmware. For now, perform a clean installation of the app and device drivers by following this guide. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
