My new Huntsman Elite seems to have a problem. Even when both USB connecters are plugged into my computer, the lighting as well as the underglow will not turn on. However, the wrist rest's underglow does turn on when attached to the keyboard. I also have Synapse 3.0 installed. I cannot find this problem anywhere else on the Internet, so any sort of advice would be very appreciated.

Did you try changing the lighting settings on your Razer Synapse to see if there would be changes on the lighting or for it to lit up? Did you try connecting your Huntsman Elite on another computer to isolate the issue?

Problem solved, ordered a replacement and it lit up no problem on first plugin. Must've been the keyboard itself, as I suspected.
