Huntsman Elite not recognized by Synapse | Razer Insider

Hi,

suddenly my Huntsman Elite keyboard stopped being recognized by synapse.

I reinstalled synapse (unistalled by revo unistaller to be sure everything is gone).

In device manager I can see Huntsman Elite keyboard properly installed (under Keyboards and Mouse and other pointing devices). Tried every usb ports (on the back of mbo) with both cables pluged in.

Keyboard is working properly, just can not edit anything in synapse (because keyboard is gone).

 

I have win11 v22H2, Synapse v20230712 (also installed Studio and Connect)….

 

Anybody have idea why its gone in synapse?

Valorant installed? If yes, then its anti-cheat software Riot Vanguard may be messing with synapse. If you’ll uninstall this, and reboot your PC it’ll be available in Synapse again.

If you don’t have this, then you might try clean Synapse reinstall:

  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I reinstalled synapse with razer cleanup software and after installing it again, everything is fine.
