Huntsman Elite stopped working recently. What is a step by step sequence to reinstall drivers for the keyboard and Synapse 3 software?

    Sorry I didn't respond. Only just got back to this project last weekend. Reinstalled everything and it seems to be working. Realized my metallic keycaps [Q] had broken. Dealing with that now but support is taking care of me (more or less).
