The underglow (keyboard and wrist rest) stopped working. If the keyboard is plugged in, the Light flashes, but then turn off.
I installed the New Synapse beta for testing, but Same Problem. Even without Synapse.
In chroma Studio i can See the underglow Light for the whole keyboard, and tried different settings. But no Light :/
Anyone has a idea?

Thanks for alerting us about your keyboard’s underglow not working. Were you able to try it on a different PC? If the issue still persists then you can send me a PM along with the serial number of your keyboard so we can try some workarounds.
