So electrocute is a strong word, it's not that bad. But often (if not all the time), if my underarm happens to be resting on the metal of the wrist rest I definitely feel some kind of current going through me. It's not like a shock or anything, but it feels like a small continuous pain as if you were to take a small battery to your tongue. I have no idea if it's because the connection to the keyboard itself is bad, or something else, but nonetheless, this should not be the case, right ?
Also, my volume wheel is acting weird (I don't remember it has always been like that). But if I scroll it's like it first goes 2 down, the 2 up, the 4 down, then 2 up, then 2 down, then 2 up, and so on. So it actually takes me a lot of scrolling in order to turn the volume down a lot, or up a lot.
I am not sure if this is an RMA worthy, and can I except differently if I actually get a new one. I love the keyboard as it is, but this is really annoying stuff I don't think an expensive keyboard like this should be doing.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Huntsman Elite's concern here. How do you use the keyboard when you are experiencing electric static? Are you clipping the keyboard under your arms? Is your station set up in a room with a carpeted floor? Also, were you able to update the keyboard's firmware? Please send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
