I have a Huntsman HE magnetic keyboard (version RZ03-0592) that I purchased a few days ago that randomly stops registering key inputs. The only fix is to unplug and replug the thing. I tried downloading the firmware updater, but it says that the firmware is current. Need help, otherwise I would like to request a refund as this is completely unacceptable for a gaming keyboard.
