Huntsman Mini Analog incompatible with Synapse

Recently, I’ve been having an issue with the Hunstman Mini Analog where upon rewaking the computer or even reconnecting it, Synapse will of course take over the keyboard after a few seconds (lighting change is indicative), and then the keyboard becomes completely unresponsive. Only exiting Synapse fixes it.
I’ve done every combination of reinstalling drivers, firmware updates, Synapse itself, and the lot. I even got a brand new board through the RMA process. Same issue applies after fresh Synapse reinstall.

Of course I am unable to utilize the main feature of the board (rapid trigger) without Razer Synapse, so this is incredibly frustrating as it feels I can’t get my money’s worth anymore. Wondering if anyone has had similar issues with Synapse recently or this keyboard in particular.

Hallooo, I would like to say my experience with razer is sh*t. I have the razer huntsman mini analogue. I have had issues ever since. first hte a/d ghost key experience where even while pressing one down the a key would stop pressing by itself. So mid strafe say in valorant I would just stop moving, with the key pressed down fully or less. There was no fix to this issue. After months it just fixed. One method was increasing the actuation point but that means I’m paying more for something that doesn’t work anyways. After a months it would go away then come back and now it’s gone. Then another issue happened. The same one you have currently. I have a fix. First off a trick you can do is open synapse whatever way you can. I would recommend turning synapse startup on launch off. Once it’s open use your mouse to navigate to the keyboard profile. Create a new profile for the keyboard. Alt tab a bit and see if it’s fixed. Then simply delete the new profile and it should stay working. TWO IMPORTANT THINGS. If you need your keyboard to open synapse you can unplug and replug it and you’ll regain use of it for a solid few seconds. SECONDLY, Check if your actuation really is working because the second problem I have now is no matter how I try reset or refresh things. I have actuation at the lowest to all keys and yet It only activate when I press to halfway. That’s basically default on this keyboard. My best recommendation is get a WOOTING keyboard. Screw Razer. Worst company, no reliability, no support, shi*tty software. Useless.
