huntsman mini bright

So, I have just receive the Huntsman mini and the only issue I have is the brightness of the LED, I have it turned up to 100% in the software and it is really, really dim. I really canot see that this is the max brightness it should have so what should I be checking? Thanks

Try to update your Huntsman Mini’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a message via PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
