Yes, works for me now as well! No need to refund then :)

Testing it now so far so good on the intel system that it was having trouble on before. I wish they would tell us what the issue was though.

Just tried the firmware update, seems to fix the issue. XanxoGaming

Shows that Razer does not even have a clue on which products are affected. It is hardly imaginable coming from Razer but I think most have accepted that and moved on. Maybe that will take another 3 months.

Well, that firmware update crashed my pc, bluescreen. Am now installing windows for the third time since i bought the huntsman mini a couple of months ago. There is no way i will connect it to my pc again. Will return and buy another kb, not interested in keeping my viper ultimate either.

It turns out i am not installing windows, since my pc crashed again while trying to install.

Just to clarify the keyboard was giving my intel setup issues too but I haven't run into any after updating the keyboard firmware.

It turns out i am not installing windows, since my pc crashed again while trying to install.
Im must say that i am amazed!! After seferal atempts of both trying to repair and reinstalling windows, and it was crashing no matter what. I just now got my pc up again after formatting my windows drive and installing from scratch. I am interested in what that firmware update are doing, i never seen something like this, and from a keyboard.

Any news for us Tournament Edition users? I had to reboot my pc 3 times just now to get explorer to even RESPOND.

Hey everyone! Thanks for the feedback. I'll cascade this to the team. By the way, If you have a computer with an AMD processor and B550 or X570 motherboard, please check this thread/spreadsheet. Our devs added this in their investigation. If in case your system has this hardware, please contact AMD through this thread with the online service request form.

O my good!!! I am a really happy, I have this problem for months with amd cpu ( ryzen 3600xt ) but with my old pc I have zero problems ( intel ) Now I am fine, this fix the issue for me, thank you and thanks razer!!

Hi. Ryzen system here but using b450 chipset, so not related to AMD recent issues. Also never had an issue before having this keyboard

Sad update from my side. The keyboard worked flawless for 2 days with the new firmware 1.12 but has now again problems with e.g. the key P and G not being recognized at all or lagging behind. I changed the USB port, reinstalled Synapse driver (could not reinstall the firmware though) checked for new Windows update - nothing worked. I unplugged the keyboard and tried it on my laptop. Worked perfectly there. I plugged it back into my AMD PC and it worked fine for the first minute! Then the issues returned.

Guys need some feedback. Does anyone, during playing, expirience rare random key stuck? Im trying to reproduce it but its very rare, character moving in 1 direction, like Im pressing W key, pressing another button fix this.

Yeah i have similar issues, sometimes some keys just wont work.

Works for me too

Yep getting occasional certain keys not registering on intel 8086k setup. The firmware change helped but it did not fix everything. Its also not a mechanical issue with the keyboard because the keyboard can work fine when plugged into new systems for a while.
