same problem here......

the only other thing I did was unplug the keyboard and boot the pc then plug it in again, did that couple of times before the above, its been fine since I did the above dont know why

I actually only did this

1. Close / disable Razer Synapse
a. Right-click the Razer Synapse icon found on the system tray.
b. Disable Razer Synapse by clicking the appropriate button.
c. Select "Exit All Apps" for Razer Synapse 3

So you just had to close Synapse and the keyboard started working fine?

yes, then a normal reboot, no hang.

have done a dozen cold boots so far today, all good

Did not work for me.

Same here it happens to me after removing the keyboard and system boots up real fast. Gog to return the keyboard and mouse

I was able to open a ticket with Razer on this issue. Will hopefully be resolved soon.

same problem I tried all of the above as well, nothing works. Does anybody have another fix?

I am also experiencing this issue and have a Ryzen based system.

Same issues here. I disabled all my start up apps except icue and synapse. After I restart I can hit any key on huntsman mini and my task bar fills up and synapse launches. Then hit a key on my K95 and I cue starts. Not sure if this will help anyone. B4 I did this if I hit the start menu it would bring up my task bar and I could open each app from there. Either way this is very annoying and honestly a 120 dollar headache I dont need. Hopefully they get a update soon.

Is Razer even going to comment on this? I just got the keyboard so I think I will just get a refund and go elsewhere. I didn't realise a USB device could completely ruin your system....wtf.

Yes, I have an active case and have linked this thread. This seems to be a very high level issue though. I recieve automated messages every day.
