Hello, I’ve got a problem few days ago I booted up my PC like always and started playing CS2 but i noticed that my few keys like: TAB, 1, CAPSLOCK, LSHIFT doesn’t work. To preempt any questions, i didn’t spoil anything on it I’m a very caring and attentive person when it comes to things like pc stuff etc. Is there something I can do with it? I already asked on discord server I did what people said I can do in this situation but still nothing… Is it time to get new keyboard?

Hi there, @bitCobaltBlueAMBER974!

Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Huntsman Mini and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
