HUNTSMAN MINI KEYS DOEST WOK

I have the same problem, opened a support ticket. In my case several keys are not working. Bought the Keyboard less than a month ago.

i am also having this issue. i delete the drivers and then unplug and use a different usb port then the buttons start working again. also have the rgb brightness turned down to like half because that seems to affect is as well

I had to RMA my Keyboard. The new one works fine so far but FN keys were failing. Followed this and FN keys started working.

Update: after a while FN keys stopped working again. Repaired Synapse again, works and after a while FN keys stops working. Any idea?

Update2: Exit All apps on Synapse 3 and FN key works.
