my razer huntsman mini (“Razer Huntsman Mini - Mercury Edition - 60% Optical Gaming Keyboard (Clicky Purple Switch) - FRML Packaging”) is shocking me with electricity once in a while. It has not been tampered with in any way shape or form except for taking the keycaps off and on every like. year or something. i am just astonished on how my keyboard is literally zapping me. When i for example rest my hand on the side or front of it it either doesn’t do anything and in 40% of cases it begins kinda tickling me in some way idk how to explain it then full on ZAP. any help would be appreciated since it hurts and i do not want to be zapped!! thx bye

Hello there,
Thanks for alerting us about this. Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port? What about a another PC? Let me know via PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
