It dosnt power on when plugged in I’ve used different cords and plugged into different pluggins on a ps5, Xbox one series s and pc the ports not messed up I’ve used the keyboard like 4 times over a lil under a year now but it’s been kept up nice on a shelf and still looks brand new but when plugged in it shows no light and does not a single key interacts when pressed I don’t think it’s acting like it’s not getting power. (Special edition if that matters prolly don’t tho)

I’m here to help. Is there any noticeable physical damage to the device? For example, a tangled cable, exposed wire, etc. Are you using a USB hub or any type of extension to connect your keyboard to your computer? To further check the issue, please try testing your keyboard with another computer that doesn’t have Synapse installed. Make sure that your keyboard is directly connected to a USB port on your computer, as USB hubs are known to cause these issues. If the same problem persists, please PM me your keyboard serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
