i think i tried everything i possible could i dont know what the problem is. the only thing ik that might be the problem is that im on windows 10 and it somehow works properly on windows 11, but anyways my keyboard disconnects and reconnects sporadically to the point i cant play any games, i used chat gpt for a whole day and tried everything with the ai, but nothing helped, i brought a friend over and he couldnt do anything, we uninstalled the drivers reinstalled, deleted the keyboard, upgraded the software, deleted the software, used the keyboard on another pc that has windows 11 and it worked perfectly fine, used different wires, created a new windows profile worked good for about 4 days and than it started again, checked for viruses windows said nothing, deleted alot of exteneral stuff, i have no clue i probabbly did more like reg edit and stuff but im lost.

Do clean Synapse reinstall, if you haven’t done it yet:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Also before uninstalling Synapse I’d cleanup the system with CCleaner (temp files + registry!). I’d also update chipset drivers (and maybe BIOS).

I assume, that keyboard is connected directly to USB 3.0 (or above) port on the motherboard? Avoid any USB hubs.

i have the same problem with my huntsman tenkeyless v2, 

I've tried everything and nothing works and as there is no solution or any assistance from Razer, tomorrow i will return the keyboard to the store and I will receive my money back

Before clean Synapse and reinstall drivers log as administrator:

1) open CMD as administrator

2) set this comand: net user administrador/active:Yes 

3)  press Enter 

 


What definitely works is turning off all lights on the Keyboard in the Synapse app, but I haven’t gotten any other fixes


Razer keyboards don't work and there is no support. I had to return it and get my money back at the store……
