HUNTSMAN V2 ANALOG - Hash key(#) not working

Hi, I got my new keyboard yesterday and noticed that the hash key - # - is not working at all. Nothing happens when i press the key. The Razor software also does not recognize when i press this key. Can / should i try to remove the keycap or do i anyhow need to send the keyboard back? dddddd I connected the keyboard to two different computers - same result :( Regards, Michael

    Please check if the issue happens while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed. Else, reset the keyboard by going to the Razer Synapse settings. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
