Huntsman V2 Analog - Keys not working


Brand new Huntsman V2 Analog KB. Plugged it in and it lights up (slowly cycling through the colors) when the PC is booting, but as soon as Windows starts, it goes dark and stays that way. Keys are unresponsive with Windows. Tried the "Razer keyboard does not work at startup after a cold start" article. Am running High Performance power plan with no hibernation or sleep settings. All USB hubs have power saving turned off. The KB is plugged directly into Motherboard USB C and USB connections. Uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse to latest version. My Razer Navi headset is detected by Synapse, but not the keyboard. Multiple reboots made no changes. Windows 10 Enterprise, v20H2, fully patched, latest drivers across the board. Threadripper CPU / MSI RTX 3090 SUPRIM X.

Tested with Linux Mint on same PC and works fine. Must be something in Windows blocking the process.

Used ESC / CAPS / SPACE method to unlock Demo Mode and the RGB lit up in Windows. The keys are still not working. Considering the purchase price of this item, I'd expect faster support here guys and gals. Can someone outline next steps please?
