Huntsman v2 - How do I switch to an onboard profile?

Hi there, I have Synapse installed on my work laptop. Given it is a work laptop, I have chosen to use Synapse in guest mode instead of logging in. I customised my base and hypershift layer and saved it to one of my onboard memory profiles. Next, on my home PC, I plug in the Huntsman v2. Synapse is installed. However, for the life of me, Synapse decides to create a brand new profile for my keyboard. When I check the list of "On-Board Profiles", I can clearly see the profile that was created and saved on my work laptop, but there does not appear to be any way where I can switch to the said profile. Am I missing something here?

Have you tried following the steps from this article? Have you tried creating a test profile and saved in your device to replicate the issue? I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
