I have had this keyboard since 2022 and no issues, however possible since Synapse v4 the RGB lights are off. Caps, works but the keys don’t light up. If I remove the USB cable and plug back in then all is good for 4 seconds and then they turn off again.
Any ideas as to the problem ?
PS. I have performed a device reset and no change.
