Huntsman V2 keys sticking

Hello, so about 2 weeks ago i bought the new razer huntsman v2 chroma and lately in games the A and D buttons have been sticking every now and then when i play. I tried putting in the serial number into the site to get support but the razer website doesnt recognize it. Any ideas on how to fix the sticking issue?

    Were there any incidents that happened to the device before the issue? Have you tried cleaning the affected button with a can of compressed air?
