Huntsman V2 stops working when Synapse starts

Hello, Just got new keyboard today. Huntsman V2 Analog. Works fine when synapse is not running, but as soon as I start synapse, it stops taking keyboard inputs. I have tried uninstalling synapse and deleting all associated files and reinstalling, but same issue. Windows 10. I've spent hours now trying to figure this out. Anyone help? Thanks

Seems others have had the same problem, but the threads just get closed. Was there ever a fix? I'm quite disappointed here.

Tried new USB port. Installed and uninstalled multiple times. All software up to date. Only got this because my Black widow broke. Losing faith in Razer.

Does Razer Synapse recognize your device? For now, let's scan/repair your Synapse by following this guide. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number to look for other possible fixes. Let's pick up from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
