Huntsman v2 TKL Water spilled, game profile no longer works unless reconnecting the cable?

As title, I spilled water on my keyboard, wiped and left it to dry for 48 hours, took all the key caps off. Since then game profile doesn’t work. When I click on on-board profile the thing keeps spinning. Settings do not apply, evidently by changing the RGB. The only fix I know of seems to be unplugging and plugging in the usb cable. Is there anything else that I can try?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you try cleaning the keyboard with a can of compressed air to blow away any remaining liquid or debris? Just send me a PM on how it goes.
