Huntsman V3 8kHz qwerty Working and escape pulling up task manager

My boyfriends Keyboard as of coming home late tonight has suddenly stopped functioning properly. Seems like qwerty keys work, so does volume and for some reason ESC key is pulling up task manager??? Very strange and very frustrating. Tried quitting the apps entirely. I wonder if this has something to do with the CHROMA update that just installed on both PCs My razer keyboard works just fine on his computer but i also cant get his huntsman to work on mine

I understand that you’re currently experiencing input issues with your keyboard. Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the issue.
