huntsman v3 he 65% ghosting??

Bought a huntsman v3 he magnetic 65% a week ago and after setting it up to how i liked with key actuation i noticed whilst playing  some games the a and d key would be pressed as well as escape and crtl and when typing letters would be pressed, After looking into it i changed the actuation to be 1.0mm and still was happening i have full reset the keyboard as well as made sure drivers and the keyboard are fully upto date.

Unsure what else i can do to fix it or if i have to return it adn get a new one???

I had similar issues. My actuation is less sensitive now and still my tab and caps lock keys are going off during games of CS or other normal use. I originally had the 65% and had the issue so I returned it and now I am having the same issue with the TKL. Very frustrating to lose games because your scoreboard pops up during a clutch. 

 

I have the latest firmware and have adjusted the sensitivity of the actuation already on both keyboards.

Hey guys,

I understand that you’re currently experiencing key input issues with your keyboard. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the keys behave the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the issue.
