I am using a Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz keyboard.
Model: RZ03-0592
Current firmware: 1.02.0_r1
Previous firmware: 1.01.09_r1
After updating the keyboard firmware to version 1.02.0_r1, I started experiencing a serious issue where all key inputs randomly stop working during use.
When the issue occurs, the RGB lighting remains on normally, but none of the keys respond. The keyboard only starts working again after I physically disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.
This issue did not occur before updating to firmware 1.02.0_r1.
I have already tried changing USB ports and reconnecting the keyboard, but the same issue continues to occur.
Previously, the latest firmware available on the official firmware download page for this product was 1.02.0_r1. However, the page now shows 1.01.09_r1 as the latest available firmware again.
Based on this change, it appears that Razer is also aware of an issue related to firmware 1.02.0_r1.
When I try to roll back to version 1.01.09_r1, the firmware updater does not allow me to proceed and displays a message stating that the latest firmware version is already installed.
Please provide a method to roll back to firmware version 1.01.09_r1, or release a new firmware version that resolves this issue as soon as possible.
