My new huntsman v3 he occasionally drops inputs. I already tried using synapse web and app, updated the firmware, and confirmed that I’m using a USB 3.0 port on the back of the motherboard.

Let me assist you with your keyboard. Just for isolation, can you test it on another computer to see if the issue persists? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.
