I purchased this week a Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Mini 65% 8KHz, but from the beginning I am having an issue with the keyboard.
I believe that after the latest firmware update, my keyboard is presenting the following issue:
It is working normal, and suddenly doesn’t register any keystroke. The RGB lightning it’s still cycling, indicating the keyboard has power. Yet, any key you press doesn’t do anything. It’s after I unplug it and plug it again that it goes back normal.
This has significantly disrupted my work and gaming experience.I kindly request that Razer provide a solution to this issue, or guidance on how to safely rollback/downgrade the firmware to a stable version.
