Huntsman V3 HE TKL Freezing Issue

Model: RZ03-0592

Current Firmware: 1.02.0_r1

Previous Firmware: 1.01.09_r1

Since the recent firmware update, my keyboard has been suddenly freezing during use.

Performing a factory reset and reinstalling Razer Synapse did not resolve the issue. I also attempted to reinstall the previous firmware version, but the updater blocks the process, stating that the latest version is already installed.

Please let me know how I can downgrade the firmware or provide a solution to fix this keyboard freezing issue.
