I am experiencing serious input issues with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE TKL.
Problems
- Dropped key inputs during gaming
- Key presses occasionally fail to register.
- The issue occurs in multiple different games, so it does not appear to be specific to one game.
- ESC key sometimes stops responding during games
- While playing a game, the ESC key can suddenly stop responding.
- However, if I Alt+Tab to a browser and press ESC, it works normally.
Current Firmware
- Firmware: v1.01.09_r1
Troubleshooting Already Tried
I have tested the following settings and configurations, but none of them resolved the problem:
- Rapid Trigger: OFF
- Polling Rate: 1000 Hz and 8000 Hz
- Actuation Point: 1.2 mm and 2.0 mm
- Razer Synapse: tested with Synapse running and closed
- Razer Synapse Web version: tested
- Disabled the keyboard's gamepad/controller device in Windows Device Manager
- Tested with multiple different games
The input drops and ESC issue occur regardless of these changes.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with the Huntsman V3 HE, especially:
- dropped/missed key inputs during games
- keys becoming temporarily unresponsive
- ESC becoming unresponsive only in games
- input problems that persist after changing the above settings
