I just bought this keyboard last week. Great feel, loved the idea of upgrading to a true gaming keyboard.
It randomly stops working in game and out of game. I have completely uninstalled synapse and everything that came with it. Tried going with just the keyboard on windows software, same issue no change. Reinstalled synapse and tried doing the factory reset… same issues. It looks like a lot of people are having this same issue.
Unplugging it and plugging it back in fixes it until the next time.
I’m playing games where a frozen keyboard means losing the battle and thusly all your hard earned gear.
I’d love to keep this keyboard, I really like the feel and performance when it is working. Is there a way to rollback the firmware to a more stable version, or can we expect an update soon?
I don’t have another computer to test this on. I saw that question on the other threads :)
