hello i bought huntsman v3 pro full keyboard. after plugging it in and opening synapse i see the keyboard , LED is on , windows instaled drivers , i see it in device manager , but the keyboard has no input . none. what ever i press nothing works , i tried every method i found on google but nothing worked for me . 

 

as i sayd i see the keyboard in synapse , i can modify it , set it up with profiles . but no input

Hello mariaskare,

I’m here to help! I understand that your new Razer Huntsman V3 Pro keys are  not responding. Did the keyboard ever work correctly, or has it had no input right from the start? Have you already tried using it on a different PC or USB port, and if so, does the same issue occur there as well?

In the meantime, please try the reset steps below:

1. Unplug the keyboard.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the "esc" + "caps" + spacebar keys.
3. Plug the keyboard into a USB port.
4. Release all keys.

If the the same problem persist, please send me a PM with the device serial number so I can verify its model and check for available firmware update. All the best!
