Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHz Repeated "e" key pressa, and "a" key failure during gameplay

I purchased a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHz keyboard and it arrived on March 23, 2026, however it is presenting the following problems:
- repetition of the "e" key
- failure of the "a" key during gameplay.

I also have a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro keyboard, but it does not present this problem.

I reinstalled Razer Synapse, performed the recommended cleaning with a scouring pad and compressed air, changed the data cable, changed the USB port, and nothing, the problem persists.

I made a video showing the defect in the Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHz and performing the same test on another Razer Huntsman V3 Pro keyboard.

    Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to update its firmware by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
