Huntsman V3 pro disconnecting issues with Synapse

I have Huntsman v3 pro and was running synapse 3 since I got it. Worked ok as far as I remember. When I installed their new trash synapse 4, had like 2 presets one for gaming world of warcraft and one generic for everything else + the default on board memory profiles. When I tabbed out/in from game presets, were switching accordingly but sometimes not like always, keyboard was crashing making unresponsive for couple seconds till it returned back to normal. It is like unplugging and re-pluging the usb cable. I e-mailed them the issue at 23d of August with 2 videos describing the exact issue and they replied like proper bots to do firmware upgrade, make a clean install sent them log reports etc. I did the most they were suggesting although the synapse log reporting tool doesn't work and returns me an internet connection issue.... Anyway, long story short, now I have a clean install of the synapse 3, k./b has the latest firmware, and has been reseted few times. As long as synapse 3 is not running, changing on board profiles is butter smooth, no issues whatsoever. Same goes for synapse 4. When synapse is enabled, my custom presets work fine and can change them back and forth without any problem. However, when I am trying to use the on-board memory stored profiles, the keyboard is constantly crashing. Sometimes is not recovering and I have to unplug it from pc for like 10 secs.... I am 100% sure this is firmware-software based problem. It makes no sense to use the onboard default profiles and having crashes when synapse is running. Cause the K/b works fine without the trash software. Sadly, so good hardware has so bad software .

Additionally, the linked games tab in synapse 4 is empty, can’t discover any game, whilst synapse 3 works good on it. You can’t either add games manually. Is like this tab is not working at all in synapse 4.

Those 2 serious problems are the reason of debate with those guys of support… They are replaying constantly like AI bots to do a clean install; to do that to do this, and we have escalated the issue to our software team and blah blah blah for like 1+ month now, without really helping at all, but only making things worse because nothing of what they asked, is helping or working. Their latest suggestion is that they can’t replicate the problem, and I need to have a clean windows install. My windows 11 is pretty healthy and my current setup is working flawlessly with anything but their crappy synapse. I will not lose my setting because some think that might help, which will not! I for one, I will stay away from razer products from now on. Their hardware is pretty neat and descent, but their software is utter crap. We are talking about a 300€ keyboard here that has no hardware issue but can’t be used properly with their own software. Should be more than obvious that it should be like PLUG & PLAY as it is a Keyboard!!!
Maybe you guys at support or Software developing need to do something to fix it instead of asking people to do nonsense because “you are unable to identify or replicate the issue”. YOU ARE TELLING LIES. People all over the world have same issues with different setups. The only common thing is the software you are supplying, which is not working.
Maybe you should have a look and learn couple thing about software and support from other companies like for example WOOTING, and how they handle things. Their software is amazing, works right out of the box, has 0 bugs and their keyboards are from another universe!!
