Hi, after updating the keyboard with the most up-to-date firmware I'm having problems with the adaptive lighting and the pressure of the keys which registers when 2 inputs are pressed at the same time. I have already tried to reset it by watching your assistance videos but nothing, how can I solve it given that the keyboard was purchased just over a month ago?
