I have a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini (German/QWERTZ layout) and I'm having an issue with Rapid Trigger.

Firmware: 1.12.0.0
System: Windows, latest Razer Synapse 4
The issue: in Synapse 4, only Snap Tap shows up as adjustable on the Keyboard tab - Actuation Point and Rapid Trigger don't appear at all. Snap Tap itself works fine from Synapse, but I can't get it to toggle via the Fn + Left Shift hotkey (A/D don't change color).
I've tried everything to enable Rapid Trigger directly from the keyboard, with no luck:
- Fn + Caps Lock does nothing (no change on the number row)
- Cycling onboard profiles with Fn + Menu, including the FPS Rapid Trigger preset, with no difference in behavior
- Confirmed the Fn layer works fine otherwise (media, volume, brightness, Gaming Mode, Sleep, profile cycling)
I've also already done a full Synapse reinstall, the Driver Clean-up Tool, and the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool (keyboard is detected correctly in Device Manager). I tried updating the firmware via the dedicated updater, but it gets stuck on "Connect the device to your PC" with the Update button greyed out, even after trying different USB ports and cables.
Could you help me figure out whether this is a firmware issue or a defective unit, and how to get the firmware updater working?
