Huntsman V3 Pro Not Working

I just got my Huntsman Pro and it was working, but the Fn + Tab wasn’t working when following the instructions from the Quick Actuation Point Adjustment in the “quick start” card included with the keyboard.

I didn’t realize this is by design for the “default” profile since some of that was mentioned in the fine print on the card, so I followed the steps mentioned in other questions on these support forums. This included:

  • Removing the keyboard from device manager
  • Factory reset using Space + Caps Lock + Esc
  • Uninstalling Synapse and other Razer apps
  • Restarting windows
  • Reinstalling Razer apps/drivers
  • Trying a different USB port

The issue is that after the factory reset, my keyboard stopped working and now just has a lighting pattern of “waving” through the colors from left-to-right. If I hit a key, the lights stop and do a “burst” pattern of green from the pressed key, goes dark, and then resumes the “waving” pattern.

I wish there was a better “quick start” guide so I knew the default profile didn’t allow customization and didn’t go from a working keyboard to this state of brokenness.

How do I recover from this point to get my keyboard working again?
