Huntsman V3 Pro /Random Disconecting and conecting

USB port change,Disable USB power-saving,Synapse4,Perform a clean install Synapse4,Firmware update,Reinstalling Windows11,BIOS update,
I've tried everything, but disconnections and reconnections keep happening every few minutes to a few hours.
No issues occur when Synapse 4 is not running.

I tried the replacement item as well, but the result was the same.

When a disconnect occurs,

Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-PnP EventID 1010 

Device USB\VID_1532&PID_02A7\8&140d7794&0&5 has been removed because it is not present on the bus.
Number of removed devices: 26

is logged each time.

Please help me.

I understand about the ongoing disconnection issues you're facing with your Razer Huntsman V3 Pro. Here are a few additional steps and questions that might help us pinpoint and resolve the issue:

  • Have you tried connecting the device to different USB ports on your computer to see if the issue persists?
  • Is there any error message or specific error code when the disconnection occurs, apart from the EventID 1010?
  • Since the replacement item also faced the same issue, have you tried using a different computer to test if the issue replicates?

If closing Razer Synapse fixes the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse again. Also, make sure to update the firmware of your keyboard if it is on the list.
