Huntsman V3 Pro TKL not working anymore

I bought a Razer Huntsman V3 pro TKL about last year and the keyboard is not working anymore. The keyboard does not show in Synapse (shows as disconnected) and I have tried the following:-

 

  1. Using a different USB port
  2. Using a different USB cable
  3. Tried hard resetting it (Esc + Caps lock + spacebar)

If there is anything I am missing on how to troubleshoot the keyboard, kindly let me know.

Hey ​@Xurreal,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test the keyboard on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can validate your warranty entitlement. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. For security reasons, I would suggest removing the serial number from your post.
