Huntsman V3 Pro TKL stops working when Synapse 4 is active

My keyboard stopped working and I was stuck in demo mode. I tried all the different combinations as well as updating the firmware and updating Synapse. It finally started working again but whenever I open synapse it doesn’t respond. In my device manager it doesn’t say the name of the keyboard anymore like it used to, only HID Keyboard Device. I’m a PC noob, please help!

Which synapse version do you currently have?

I’d start with clean-reinstalling Synapse: 

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
