Huntsman V3 Pro TKL stops working when Synapse 4 is open

It works normal when I shut down the Synapse program, but as soon as I open Synapse, all the Key stop working and volume dial only does scroll up and down function not volume control function. I did followed all the instructions on the other thread experiencing pretty same issue. But it still not working.

I tried the other usb port,

I removed and reinstall Razer Synapse program and driver with driver clean up tool.

Restarted my computer couple time.

Checked firmware is up to date.

 

It’s still not working.

Now what?

Please check if the same behavior happens while logged in as a guest Synapse user. Otherwise, there’s something in your save profiles that could’ve been preventing your keyboard from functioning. Try resetting your keyboard via Synapse settings as well. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
