Huntsman V3 Pro TKL White - Unresponsive to any keypresses

Hi,

I have this brand new keyboard first out from the box and after plugging it in the keyboard itself gets recognized by Synapse 4 but none of the keys are registering an input. I’m able to change profiles, colors of the keyboard, even the volume scroll wheel is working too. I have tried with multiple PCs, tried resetting it via Synapse, (even installed Synapse 3 to try the same). Updating it’s firmware had no success because it has the newest firmware installed already (v1.04.00_r1). Tried exiting the developer / demo mode with holding down “Esc” + “Caps Lock” + “Space bar” combination with no success.

Now I’m stuck. I would appreciate any ideas which would resolve my problem so I don’t have to go through the RMA process.
